On 11 September 2026 Bank of Ireland launched an Odd-lot Offer pursuant to which shareholders holding fewer than 30 ordinary shares in the capital of Bank of Ireland Group plc (the “Odd-lot Holders”) have been offered the opportunity to sell their shares at a 5% premium to the market price.
The Odd-lot Offer opened on 11 September 2026 and will close at 12:00 noon on 16 October 2026.
